This Privacy Policy explains how Aquarix AI LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (“App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

We believe in transparency, inclusion, and user empowerment. This means being clear about what data we collect, how it is used, and how you can control it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal information needed to make the App function properly:

  • Name: To personalize your experience in the App.
  • Age: To ensure eligibility (18+) and support age-based compatibility.
  • Location: To enable nearby or event-based matching features.
  • Optional Info: You may choose to share a short bio (“My Story”) or event location to personalize your experience.
  • Operational Data: We collect information needed for safety and functionality, including:
    • Reports & Moderation: Content of reports you submit about other users or incidents, and related moderation actions.
    • Block Feature: Records of users you block or who block you, to maintain a safe environment.

Authentication may require an email address or phone number, handled securely by third-party providers (Apple, Google, or phone authentication). We do not retain these identifiers beyond what is necessary for login and security verification.

We do not collect or store messages, photos, or other personal data outside these fields and operational records.

3. How We Use Information

  • To create and maintain your account.
  • To display compatible users based on proximity and age.
  • To maintain a safe, moderated environment for all users.
  • To improve app functionality and user experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Sharing of Information

With Matches: Only your first name, age, and general location are visible to other users after mutual consent.
With Service Providers: We may use secure third-party services for hosting, authentication, and analytics. These providers cannot use your data for other purposes.
Reports & Moderation: Reports are reviewed internally and not shared with other users.
Block Feature: Block data is stored privately to enforce safety and visibility settings.
Legal Requirements: We may share data if required by law or to protect user safety.

5. Your Choices & Rights

You may access or delete your data at any time through the Account section in the App. You can:

  • View or update your profile information (name, age, location, bio).
  • Delete your account to permanently remove all stored information, including block and report records.

You may also contact us at support@aquarixai.com to request data export or deletion.

6. Data Retention

We retain your basic profile and operational data while your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated information is permanently removed.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, secure servers, and limited data access to protect your information. However, no system is completely immune to risk.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

9. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify you within the App. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
